A (truly) optimized Economy (is pertinent to our discussion)

I get to a toll gate. I don't have fifty cents. But I DO have a Kinko's credit card with two dollars and fifteen cents applicable to Kinko's/Fedex services. Ideally the card is "redeemable for worth" at franchise locales, but if such a location is within a geographic locale, why can it not, THEN, serve as a VOUCHER in the geographic world? If you do not get this right tonight...
