Here are the facts:

They do this because it is effective and it has worked twice. Though I doubt that for even stupid people it can work three times, I am taking no chances. Americans have a fantastic habit of shooting themselves in the foot. For example, today was a day in which the War on Terror could positively have been won. SO, if it is not won in history... then it was lost today... why?
