The atomic unit, in modeling the US roadways, is the vehicle. Current measures
the rate at which vehicles pass a controlled location under "ideal" circumstances.
Imagine all the roads in the US being one continuous straight road. This is the ideal
model. We measure pressure in motion so that we can determine the reason for motion. This is to say, we are more concerned with sources and destinations than the actual voltages... but we need these, electronic metrics, to give us more information about the docking stations... take it from there...
