The Seven Golden Candlesticks: King James Version

Literature and the Witness of God

I do not take the book of Genesis completely
literally. Yet, you will find me argue
passionately that if one does NOT agree
with me, in the course of western science,
that the world WAS created in seven days,
and then seven after, and then seven
after, we cannot continue the discourse.
"The Torah says God created the world in Seven Days"
And so it does. These seven days were a final stage,
the "last mile" if you will, in an intergalactic
system of forces that eventually stabilized in our
region of the celestial sphere. The last stable
force was the moon, the object because of which
a tilt, ostensibly, is necessary. We might then
ask, without the moon would the Bible be the same?
Would God have created the earth in seven days?
I propose not. I have not done the math, for
I have not the time these days--work, work, work
for a young one like me--but I'll hazard something
of an educated guess and suggest that given the
ratio 22/7, God would have created the earth in...

Which Jesus?
Rabbi:
Great to hear from you. Immediately I should
do well to inform us that EVEN Christianity
suggests that it is quite possible that only
one person has the right interpretation of
the Bible. I say this to put you at ease,
for the primary conflation is to see the abominable
behavior and works of the multitude today who
claim to be followers of the Christ and then
conclude that this behavior is evidence that
Christ is not real or was a charlatan. Indeed
there is, to be sure, a healthy tradition of debate
within the Christian community, ultimately culminating
in a dichotomy between the mainstream "church" who
are then derided, to a degree, by the Jehovah's Witness
congregation who pride themselves in knowing what the
bible REALLY teaches. I have taken the side of the Witnesses
in most cases, since I am one of the few who still feels
that following the Christ ought not be a detriment to
human intelligence. I am glad to tell you that, as with
the Torah, in fact intelligence is an advantage when it
comes to reading and understanding the bible. If so,
then be clear that I am an evangelist of intelligence
for the sake of betterment of humanity, and will thus
hope to demonstrate to you, in a perfectly intelligent
context, what Christianity is and how it is relevant to
Judaism.
No man can hope to differentiate himself from his culture.
No man, that is, save for the one who updates that culture
with information pertinent to its growth. Such an anomaly,
of a man who comes from within the culture but who has information
about the culture that is new is rare. But it has happened
upon occasion. We see Akhenaton in Egypt and we see Zoroastria
in Persia and realize that these men were beyond seminal: they
were the fuel their culture and civilization needed in order
to thrive, when possibly at its lowest.
About forty or so years after Julius Caesar reconciled the
solar and sidereal calendars, time brought forth a man, a Jew,
who was named Jesus. Christianity insists that any spirit
that denies that Jesus came in the flesh "is not of God"
so we will put to rest, for now, speculation as concerns whether
Jesus actually existed. In fact, within the context which we
speak, it does not make sense that he does not exist. So why
do people ponder this thing? It is because of the miracles in
the synoptic story of his life. These miracles make him out to
be a charlatan, magician and trickster and I cannot blame you one
second, Rabbi, for being oppressed in spirit by those who worship
Jesus BECAUSE of the miracles he is claimed to have performed.
Instead, Rabbi, being a man of deep scholarship, won't you ignore,
for the moment, the synopsis of Jesus embedded in the gospels, Matthew,
Mark, Luke and John, and read, again for one moment, the ACTUAL
writing of the Christ? This writing, signified through an angel
using the phrase "I, Jesus" is a masterpiece of literature that
puts Homer and his Illiad to shame. Nothing Shakespeare has done
will ever compare. And since the time God has sent prophets to Israel,
even you will have to admit Rabbi, no prophesy has been quite as captivating
as the Revelation of the Christ. The actual writing of Jesus.
Well, his teachings. We speculate that being a prophet/sage
in the mold of the greek teacher-sages, Jesus may not actually
have WRITTEN anything down. So the precision and mastery in the book
of the Revelation is probably, we speculate, a teaching over time
that the author was able to pen down when circumstances availed themselves.
At any rate, as we like to say where I'm from, when one reads the
Revelation one is immediately reconciled to the fact that it is
a poetic compendium of the Hebrew Prophesies in an order that is
shaped by the Judaic philosophy of this man, Jesus. In other words,
Rabbi, as you have the Holy Torah and then the Talmud, and the Muslims
have the Holy Koran and the Hadith, people like myself have the Holy
Torah AND the Book of the Revelation of the Christ.
WHY?
Because the point is that Jesus differentiated himself from
Jewish culture by bringing something new, is the claim, a symbolic
understanding, a masonry if you will, that would allow the message
of YHWH transcend the Jewish race and return mankind to Eden.
For me, the message of YHWH finds traction in pace and resource
management. As well, the Torah speaks to me of the concept of
shame and nakedness, the sins of fathers and the effects on sons,
and the importance of decisions in foundational moments. When
I add the writings of the Christ I am able to observe the Sabbath
and keep it holy, but not necessarily on Saturdays. I am able
to keep the commandments of God in a way that are not burdensome
but which make a lot of sense to me. The LESSONS, Rabbi, of
the Torah allow me to keep God's commandments and obey his will
while adhering to my philosophy that any good religion should
make sense to the intelligent. The Torah, and its lessons (guided
by the highest symbolisms of the Christ in Revelation) is my
version of religion.
The synoptic gospels, which turn most people off from Christianity,
are riddled with miracles and mysteries when they ought not be.
The true miracle, the true mystery is in attempting to discern
just how rich the Revelation of the Christ is in the context of
God's prophets sent to Israel in times past. Rabbi, you certainly
will at least agree with Muslims in believing, aside from the
synoptic gospels, the book of the Revelation demonstrates he
was the greatest student of the Hebrew prophets that we have
evidence of. This must at least be true. And so I ask you
to ignore the miracles of the synoptic gospels. Alas I cannot
ask you to ignore these gospels themselves, for aside from
the TOTALLY IRRELEVANT miracles Jesus did, these gospels as well
tell the RELEVANT story of a dialectic, a debate between a son
and his fathers. Jesus and the Rabbis of that era, Rabbi,
disagreed often and because of this disagreement the gospels
make the claim that Jesus was put to death. The Revelation
of the Christ, according to Christian theology, is the evidence
that Jesus "conquered death," which now leaves open the possibility
that the miracles, if put in the story, be read in the same
context as the crucifixion. Mysteries, they. Again, the
RELEVANT story told by the witnesses to the life of Christ
concerns the fact that he was put to death by Rabbis who
he disagreed with, then proved through the Revelation that
he was certainly the most astute student of the prophets
we have evidence of, making it likely if not clear that he
was right in the debate and THOSE Rabbis were wrong.
What shall history say of you, Rabbi?
So, yes, I ask you to ignore the miracles and the things
that license the behaviors you and I abhor. But place
the Bible in its proper context. The last verse in the
old testament suggests that God is to send a messenger to
warn fathers and sons to return to that primary relationship.
The new testament then gives us a historical battle between
a son--a student of the prophets--and fathers, Rabbis who
did not, in the end, seem to have the knowledge the son did.
This, Rabbi, I consider the warning that God gave us. This
man was of the spirit of Elias, sent to restore all things.
Have we heeded God's warning? Lest he come and smite the
earth with a curse? I think you will find today, Rabbi,
that the story of Jesus lives on even in Israel. You surely
have young ones of the family of David who may believe they
have the highest symbolisms of Judaism, perhaps which
transcend the traditionally accepted views, some held by
the rabbinate. I would ask you, then, to study the book
of the Revelation: Study it with great care, honesty, and
bravery. Then tell me, Rabbi, if in fact you do not believe
that Jesus was what in the west we would call a Grand Mason of
the 33rd Degree, a man of the highest and total symbolism
of the guilds of our civilization. I think you will find,
whatever your misgivings with Christians who behave as
though magic and charlatanry license strange behavior in religion,
that the revealed Jesus was, in fact, a Rabbi too. Now that... sir
.. that is the truth about Jesus.

The Catholic View on the "Latter Days"

something you know as "Maat" in certain Kabalah

new Testament is the "warning" sent by God,
Elijah, before the Great Day of the Lord.
The prophesied Lord is anti-typed or generated
by Isaiah. How do we know? Because of the predictions
made concerning him being bruised for our iniquities and
scourged. This is clearly in the context of speaking
truth to power and what happens when the power to which
truth is spoken refuses to accept truth. Certainly,
bruising and scourging of the truth teller. Isaiah's
prophesy, from the moment he made God into the form of
one seated on a throne has been about truth and power
and the actions of those in power when truth is their lot.
So, my current state:
The Jesus Christ that showed up 2000 years ago, who wrote
the Revelation, was INDEED as he said on the cross, Elijah,
sent by his story to turn the hearts of fathers and sons to
each other. SINCE God did not smite the earth with a curse,
but only seems to have began warning about doing so since 1914,
then he was the warning.
The Jesus Christ TODAY, is represented in argument form
by the entire Bible and in spirit form by any descendants
of Abraham and David who embraces the arguments propounded
by the Elijah Christ. This is the Lord who art and wast.
He is to be scourged and bruised to the extent that the
modern Fathers who are privy to the commandments of YHWH
are predicted and then prophesied to NOT, as with the ancients,
accept the Christ and his argument. Most people who have
an argument against their Fathers are destined to feel pain.

If you ask me, I believe that the importance of Israel and Jewish
religion and culture is quite clear. Jesus came to update the beliefs
of the Rabbis of his era, to grant them the opportunity for an orderly
return of the Earth, beginning with a New Jerusalem in Jerusalem
itself--implying a return to highest symbolic form of Judaism--to
the balance of the garden of Eden. In this version, each family
on earth, then each nation, is blessed through Abraham's seed
as the perfect metaphor for world peace and stability.
But this is predicated upon the CURRENT CHOICE of the Rabbi's
today, with Jesus represented in argument form by the Christian
Bible and in spirit form by any modern Jews who take his side against
the orthodox Rabbis in interpreting the Law of Moses, to the extent
that any credible interpretation exists outside of the orthodox.
IF the Rabbis of this era, in the third figurative day after
the crucifixion of Christ, do NOT agree with the argument that
still exists of Jesus, THEN the "spirit of prophesy" which is
the testimony of Jesus would be useless to the Jews, ...and
certainly would any of the other prophesies, in my view, be

implies that one did not pass through the
birth canal. It is one more of the primitive
symbolisms and implications of Adamic lore
in my culture, than those children born
by Caesarean-Section are especially gifted
with a sensitivity to ... our times. I am
one such child. Recently, as though influenced
by the writings of Luke, I ordered a review of
the entire world with respect to the bilateral
consequence of association with each country.

What else does my symbolic tribe declaim by

to guess when the year is when man finally
wipes himself off the planet. Since World War I,

by Jesus in his prediction-prophesy of Revelation,
foretells. So it has been, since that era,
no news to the quiet thinkers that in fact
mankind, having the ability to tax the whole
world, also has the ability to destroy the whole
world. It is the basis, eghodo, for the linearity
in the book of the Revelation. Where are we
according to the predictions of a man who
had a disagreement with his evidently wrong
fathers as concerns where we should be headed
in a world where all men can be taxed? That's

concept of intellectual disagreement between

An Afghan Congress
The argument I had made to the former President
of Nigeria concerns WHY Nigeria was administered
by a strong central bureaucracy. The British,
I explained to the old man, had "other concerns"
in Africa and beyond and so it made sense
to have, in each concern, a central authority
with access to the grassroots and information
thereto pertinent. In this era, we do not
need such... afrocentricity. Ahem.
It would mean, then, that such a view might
indeed hold for the people of Afghanistan.
Peopled by natives and foreigners alike,
shall the people of Afghanistan not be
given a chance to demonstrate their sovereignty
through the fiat of consensus? The idea is
that there shall NOT be the establishment of
a nation bearing the name Afghanistan on
Afghanistan soil that is simply a homeland
for Muslims. But shall Muslims have no homeland
within Afghanistan?

A Time and Times and Half a Time: The Judgment of Satan
As suggested earlier, all truth disputed of God
by Satan is to be illustrated by God by the witness
of history over the course of a certain period of
time. One measure of this time is done by the Jehovah's
Witnesses. Without realizing they were doing so, the JW
use the Egyptian glyph 'aten', which they translate
as the biblical 'a time.' Aten is a circle with
a dot within it, meant to represent resolution and
probably further so when one is able to narrow down
one's identity to presence within the celestial sphere.
Here is the context for Aten in the bible.

[14] And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Put rather aptly by a Catholic Congress from Ibadan,
the dichotomy is between two views on government: The
first type of government is controlled by men of
religion. The second type is not.
Again we consider legitimacy and use as an example
the Iraq war. We point and say EVEN Americans
were against the war.
"But they voted George Bush into power"
It is true. And yet, during the campaign most
Jews felt Obama to be pro-Israel. Legitimacy.
In which way is it most accorded its due?
By an act of God, for instance, the current
Sultan of Sokoto rules the Kingdom of Sokoto.
His legitimacy is thus assured until his memoirs

Afghanistan
It is clear that this administration is a throw-back
to the days of LSD and love. To the extent that these
are possible, at least love, then let me bring a realistic
assessment to bear which ought not discourage our "dreams"
towards world peace.
What is our strategic objective in Afghanistan.. or anywhere?
Whatever it was before the last administration, ALL strategic
objectives MUST come under review in this one. I have informed
certain friends, that as far as future leadership in America
goes, the trend seems to be one towards isolationism. Why
do we spend taxpayer money in Germany? To be sure, there are
longstanding American engagements that make sense, and these
need to bolstered where appropriate, funded otherwise, and
kept intact. But I think that our adventure in Iraq, championed
by such as me, having achieved the rather "arrogant" but nonetheless
NECESSARY objective of removing Saddam from power, leaves us
no choice but to answer, to our president and those of his
staff that ask, WHY we are in the places we are. Some answers
will come as education to the Great Leader, Hussein, others
will cause him to ask more questions. In the case of Afghanistan,
despite the lack of political will to stabilize the country
in a manner which prevents the resurgence of the threat posed
by a Taliban administration, I insist that the Great Leader,
Hussein, recognize Afghanistan as America's "Last War." It
is not cheap propaganda, though it IS propaganda. When we
say Americas "Last" war what we mean is that, SINCE America
is not engaged seriously on any other front, the mechanisms
for power projection as presided over by the Chief Executive,
to the extent that Mr. President is concerned about peace
and the loss of life of 19 year olds, ought to be addressed
with an view to ensuring that only where America requires
it are our forces engaged. We went into Afghanistan, sir,
to root out the Taliban who had allowed Al Qaida attack
from their sovereign base. We have sent them to the borderlands
and now we wish the Afghans a strong and stable central
government in order to deal, both with the threat of
insurgency, as well as the economic fragility brought
about from years of war. I had the pleasure of listening
to Mr. Karzai speak a few times and I feel he is well
suited to the task, if enough pressure is brought on him,
in much the same way Mr. Obama's pressure, I do now admit,
has allowed Nouri Al Maliki to succeed beyond the dreams
of this here skeptic. It is time, sir, to FORCE
political reconciliation in Afghanistan--not with a role
for "the Taliban" but with a role for "disarmed Taliban
fighters." More to come.

are the father of modern Nigeria your life would have
been wasted if you do not attend to these"

On Corruption
Money laundering and contract inflation are the primary
ways through which the Nigerian economy is decimated
by graft. The EFCC should devise static, meaning
preventative, means by which attempts at money laundering
and contract inflation are identified before it becomes
impossible to recover whatever is stolen. The EFCC
has demonstrated, in managing a modicum of integrity
by targeting looters of the treasury, that we do not
need military intervention in order to restore sanity
to the political domain, and certainly the military
are not welcome as governors. But if we do not make
headway soon in cleansing our government and ridding it
of the small-minded then the there are several options
for "saving" Nigeria in its free fall, one or two of
which DO involve the military.
On Electricity
All the promises you made since 1999 concerning electricity
have yielded no returns. The current president is on the same
track. With the help of 1 Alifa Daniels and his excellent
investigative work, people such as myself have analyzed the
Nigerian Power Grid. Your inability to restore electrical
power is not your fault, but you do not have the technical
capacity to be the presence of oversight for such projects.
In the long run the only feasible solution is to replace
elements of the transmission and distribution grids with
Nigeria-made parts, for these parts have begun to fail or
be vandalized at a rate which Nigeria cannot sustain to replace
by IMPORTING them and the technical expertize needed. To this
end, of the technical expertize that is, Nigeria has demonstrated
in this current administration the indigenous, thus less expensive,
capacity to fix problems related to the grid. Now we need
the assistance of the manufacturing sector. This situation,
then, shall only start to be remedied, in any real sense, when
Ajaokuta is up and running at above 70%. Alas, just recently
more than half the staff of that entity was laid off. This
delays Nigeria's progress. The contract you gave to Solgas
is the sort of evidence that many use to demonstrate Nigeria's
lack of seriousness in tackling serious problems. The subsequent
transfer to Mital/GS demonstrates that those steering the ship of
state lack the interests of the populace and polity at heart. As
such the contract was revoked, since, according to the current
administration, it too heavily favored one party--alluding, without
accusation, to a less-than-honest brokerage of the deal. We are
thus to assume that ONE MORE TIME Nigeria shall attempt to
get Ajaokuta functional. If, as Representative Shagari says,
we DO get Ajaokuta back online soon and have liquid steel flowing,
then you will not have failed Nigeria. If not, the failure
began with Solgas.
On The Economy
Manufacturing, manufacturing, manufacturing. The Peugeot
Assemblies were closed because those who followed your first
administration did not follow-up in moving Nigeria from
being an assembly depot to being a full scale manufacturer
of cars. And yet, Nigeria has become one of the world's
largest importers of manufactured goods. Are we... stupid?
We can manufacture in Aba pretty much anything we purchase
from abroad, but we do not have the rolled steel, ingots
and other base components. One wonders what you did all
the years you claimed to preside over a country that must
now wear diapers!
On Politics
The 2011 elections seem certain to be rigged, given
that the current administration does not seem content
to provide the means for a transparent elections--something
if they were serious about they would have begun already.
So, we expect some turmoil after those elections. This
is further exacerbated by the jailing of certain political
chieftains. It is not feasible to expect, given the current
situation, a smooth transition or re-election. On the matter
of the jailed politicians, it would be wise to grant leniency
in a major SHOW to the people of mercy, suggesting it be true
that going forward leniency and mercy shall be the prerogative
of the presiding officers in the context of judicial balance:
In other words, though mercy is not warranted, not at least
in the cases I am looking at, it is politically wise to
grant it now. In the future, perhaps not, for who steals
in the future is doing so after a show of mercy. I have
dialoged with some of those who routinely still. "Is di
nigerian way" they say, "naija now" discounting that
this same exact attitude is the reason why Nigeria, today,
is the only nation in the world where the government has
to import its own electric generation! No, Nigeria must
change, and it must change with you, sir.
Sir, you have failed Nigeria once. But to the extent that
your current studies, such as with General Jack, and
your total view of the situation grants you any power, please
be sure to use it to redress the imbalance caused by the rot
that was your administration. I have heard that you
are concerned, a la Ogedengbe. As I said, I do not vote
here for any such prosecution. But it would be wise for
us to notarize this conversation, sir, with action. It would
go a long way in demonstrating, to those who are important
in the regards important to you, that you remain serious
about giving Nigeria your best effort... whatever your
previous failings have been.

All the promises you made since 1999 concerning electricity
have yielded no returns. The current president is on the same
track. With the help of 1 Alifa Daniels and his excellent
investigative work, people such as myself have analyzed the
Nigerian Power Grid. Your inability to restore electrical
power is not your fault, but you do not have the technical
capacity to be the presence of oversight for such projects.
In the long run the only feasible solution is to replace
elements of the transmission and distribution grids with
Nigeria-made parts, for these parts have begun to fail or
be vandalized at a rate which Nigeria cannot sustain to replace
by IMPORTING them and the technical expertize needed. To this
end, of the technical expertize that is, Nigeria has demonstrated
in this current administration the indigenous, thus less expensive,
capacity to fix problems related to the grid. Now we need
the assistance of the manufacturing sector. This situation,
then, shall only start to be remedied, in any real sense, when
Ajaokuta is up and running at above 70%. Alas, just recently
more than half the staff of that entity was laid off. This
delays Nigeria's progress. The contract you gave to Solgas
is the sort of evidence that many use to demonstrate Nigeria's
lack of seriousness in tackling serious problems. The subsequent
transfer to Mital/GS demonstrates that those steering the ship of
state lack the interests of the populace and polity at heart. As
such the contract was revoked, since, according to the current
administration, it too heavily favored one party--alluding, without
accusation, to a less-than-honest brokerage of the deal. We are
thus to assume that ONE MORE TIME Nigeria shall attempt to
get Ajaokuta functional. If, as Representative Shagari says,
we DO get Ajaokuta back online soon and have liquid steel flowing,
then you will not have failed Nigeria. If not, the failure
began with Solgas.
On The Economy
Manufacturing, manufacturing, manufacturing. The Peugeot
Assemblies were closed because those who followed your first
administration did not follow-up in moving Nigeria from
being an assembly depot to being a full scale manufacturer
of cars. And yet, Nigeria has become one of the world's
largest importers of manufactured goods. Are we... stupid?
We can manufacture in Aba pretty much anything we purchase
from abroad, but we do not have the rolled steel, ingots
and other base components. One wonders what you did all
the years you claimed to preside over a country that must
now wear diapers!
On Politics
The 2011 elections seem certain to be rigged, given
that the current administration does not seem content
to provide the means for a transparent elections--something
if they were serious about they would have begun already.
So, we expect some turmoil after those elections. This
is further exacerbated by the jailing of certain political
chieftains. It is not feasible to expect, given the current
situation, a smooth transition or re-election. On the matter
of the jailed politicians, it would be wise to grant leniency
in a major SHOW to the people of mercy, suggesting it be true
that going forward leniency and mercy shall be the prerogative
of the presiding officers in the context of judicial balance:
In other words, though mercy is not warranted, not at least
in the cases I am looking at, it is politically wise to
grant it now. In the future, perhaps not, for who steals
in the future is doing so after a show of mercy. I have
dialoged with some of those who routinely still. "Is di
nigerian way" they say, "naija now" discounting that
this same exact attitude is the reason why Nigeria, today,
is the only nation in the world where the government has
to import its own electric generation! No, Nigeria must
change, and it must change with you, sir.
Sir, you have failed Nigeria once. But to the extent that
your current studies, such as with General Jack, and
your total view of the situation grants you any power, please
be sure to use it to redress the imbalance caused by the rot
that was your administration. I have heard that you
are concerned, a la Ogedengbe. As I said, I do not vote
here for any such prosecution. But it would be wise for
us to notarize this conversation, sir, with action. It would
go a long way in demonstrating, to those who are important
in the regards important to you, that you remain serious
about giving Nigeria your best effort... whatever your
previous failings have been.

The Sermon: John 10--the Good Shepherd
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
--A Jesus Classic "the times"
Who are your sheep? Who do you know and who are
you known of? This, in English, is loosely
interpreted to reflect the spirit inherent
in the original meaning of the word "family"
a cognate of the word "familiar" if not
an outright derivation.
I know my sheep. AND. I am known by my sheep.
So, there might be those we don't know, the Bible
teaches. And there will be those we know. Who
do YOU know, and who knows you?
Man's highest folly is in denying truth using the spirit
of life given him by God, and so that man is persistent
with this singularly immoral trait reminds us that what
man is transcends the presence of his mortal flesh. He
is as well a controller of that flesh and in using his
control to nurture a habit of denying truth he turns his
back on his highest self. It is irrational, one suggests,
that man is primordially suicidal until one discovers that
this irrational behavior stems from weakness. This weakness
is a paradox, for it is a volitional weakness. The pleasures
of God's garden require a measure of civilization to partake
in. But many, over time, have given in to their weakness
and allowed their portion of the garden to decay, and in
some instances, die. If we wish to return our world to
a world of balance and prosperity then we ought to focus
on eliding this pernicious trait from the individual
and then letting the blessings of God on that individual,
subsequent to elision, guide the individual in determining
his role in restoring the environment of balance to stave
off temporal retribution upon the planet and its highest
species.
Since we have identified denial of truth as the primary
abuse of the power granted man as a legacy, we assume,
from the Supreme Being from whom all power is sourced, then
WHAT truth is the most relevant to not be denied as concerns
what information is necessary to overcome the fear of the fallen
and their actions in foundational moments?
24] Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
[25] Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
[26] But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

Denial of Truth. The Ancient Jews denied the truth,
later witnessed by billions in the mastery of the Revelation
of the Christ, the most poignant synopsis of the misrecognition
of value and its implication in history. Our history.
And yet, in this case, this denial of truth actually led
to the Jews ATTEMPTING to stone Jesus. My, what had he
done with what he said?
32] Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
[33] The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
[34] Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
[35] If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
He "being man" made himself God. Apparently, in the way of Israel
a man cannot make himself God. So we ask ourselves, in the visions such
as in Isaiah or Ezekiel when God is seen in the form of a man on a throne,
who made THAT God into a man?
This is the clarity of King Isaiah, and the first nine chapters of
his thesis.

The State of the Union: A Measure of Honesty
I rise today in condemnation of the Sovereign
State Nigeria. I stand today as a witness
recognizing the total and complete corruption
of her material representation, and the evidential
spiritual decay of those who propose to be the
root of her constitutional volition.
Growing up in Nigeria, every Christmas a "Santa
Claus" or "Baba Keresimesi" with cotton wool tethered
upon his face would publicly endow my middle class
family with Christmas gifts as the poorer people,
with whom we played football later, watched jealously.
Evidently, in the future, Keresimesi would be an
odun, season, for ALL people. Instead, today,
Nigeria is one big funeral, one after the other
after the other. What shall happen, for example,
when Wole Soyinka dies? Or when Enahoro rests?
Nothing. Nothing, that is, positive. Therefore,
it is critical that if anything happen it happen
while Wole Soyinka and Enahoro, for example,
are alive.
The charge is that, by and large, the "Nigerian adult"
is unable to produce consensus, a prerequisite for
representative governance. The reason for this,
we are told, is that consensus implies agreement,
and agreement is impossible due to the dark spaces
in the history of our conscience. Those who propound
this theory have worked as hard as they can to have
me believe it, to the greatest detriment of my life
and liberty, but by any honest measure, Abike,
the Federation of Nigeria is a colossal comedy of
tragic recurrences, repeating a mantra of dishonesty
that is finally demonstrating to Prince Albert,
my colleague from Belgium, that though they can never
be considered worthy of praise, the deeds of his
Fathers in the Congo, according to the evident ability
of one man to dominate another the Negro, from Africa,
seems destined by the nature of his actions in the
presence of just and candid witnesses... to spend
a long time paying for the moral deficits in the character,
Abike, the CHARACTER of his father. WOW.
Therefore, the implications of condemnation are
resolution. Should the Nigerian adult continue to
ignore, when such cannot be done by the honest,
where the light of truth, value and talent reside
relative to the sovereignty of the people of Nigeria,
then shall the reputation then recognition of the Nigerian man as
patently dishonest in all his ways gain traction,
then credibility, amongst those who, and only while
they make a determination about the bilateral
consequence of association with Nigeria, can see
the rot because of which I today rise.
Then shall the spirit of Cortez rule Nigeria.
Then shall justice, Cecelia, be served.

"our" 'Representative Platform'? And if so,
can I demonstrate how and where it is unsuitable?
If not, then I will not be your candidate. If so,
then you will find the elements of renaissance embedded
in the mandate handed to us by destiny. Then,
be secure in the knowledge that since I am excellent,
if you are not you will not represent the highest
ideals of our people and culture. I am bound to this
by oath and the reputation of my intelligence, such
dignity bequeathed to me by an old wise man on account
of my scient decision to make morality my most relevant
priority in all, sir, all my actions. This standard
will be met or it will not be met. This is justice and
where arbitration arises, then justice also will be served.
Sir, my first question that will help us formulate good
policy concerns what we now have, power. Does God exist?"

of intelligence, that suggests that the power of

God, in my heart, the time I need to understand,
in the precision that reflects the name God
gave me, what God said.

Secretary, IF God exists, then the implication of
material humanity is a nature that is not of God but
associated, then connected to the nature of God.
Clearly, to the well informed, the connectable portion
of man's nature must come from the highest ideals
of our sort. The Christian Bible teaches that
in time there is a way of determining the eras
within which man, in the eternal context of
a species which is aggregated to fall short of
its highest connection with the source of life--a
dying breed of foolish people--exists within
the sort of environment which God, in any
reasonably connectable form exists. God does
not exist in filth and squalor nor in the minds
of the leaders responsible for the filth and squalor.
God, however, exists in my heart. So, I am incorruptible.
Shall this, Secretary, EVER be a problem so long as our
relationship lasts?"

Sphere
Much of our initial discussion of Astronomy will concern the motion of objects in the sky. Therefore, we shall introduce some terminology and a coordinate system that allow us to specify succinctly the location of particular objects in the heavens. For a more extensive discussion, see Astronomy without a Telescope.
The Celestial Sphere
It is useful in discussing objects in the sky to imagine them to be attached to a sphere surrounding the earth. This fictitious construction is called the celestial sphere. At any one time we see no more than half of this sphere, but we will refer loosely to the imaginary half-sphere over our heads as just the celestial sphere (see adjacent figure).
The point on the celestial sphere that is directly over our heads at a given time is termed the zenith. The imaginary circle passing through the North and South points on our horizon and through the zenith is termed the celestial meridian. We will introduce additional terminology associated with the celestial sphere later.
Motion in the Sky
It is clear after only minimal observation that objects change their position in the sky over a period of time. This motion is conveniently separated into two parts:
The entire sky appears to turn around imaginary points in the northern and southern sky once in 24 hours. This is termed the daily or diurnal motion of the celestial sphere, and is in reality a consequence of the daily rotation of the earth on its axis. The diurnal motion affects all objects in the sky and does not change their relative positions: the diurnal motion causes the sky to rotate as a whole once every 24 hours.
Superposed on the overall diurnal motion of the sky is "intrinsic" motion that causes certain objects on the celestial sphere to change their positions with respect to the other objects on the celestial sphere. These are the "wanderers" of the ancient astronomers: the planets, the Sun, and the Moon.

We can define a useful coordinate system for locating objects on the celestial sphere by projecting onto the sky the latitude-longitude coordinate system that we use on the surface of the earth. As illustrated in the adjacent figure, this allows us to define "North and South Celestial Poles" (the imaginary points about which the diurnal motion appears to take place) and a "Celestial Equator".
The figure illustrates that these imaginary objects are the exact analogs of the corresponding imaginary objects on the surface of the earth. Thus, we shall be able to specify the precise location of things on the celestial sphere by giving the celestial analog of their latitudes and longtitudes, or something related to those quantities.
The "Road of the Sun" on the Celestial Sphere
Another important imaginary object on the celestial sphere is the "ecliptic" or "Road of the Sun", which is the imaginary path that the Sun follows on the celestial sphere over the course of a year. As the diagram at left indicates, the apparent position of the sun with respect to the background stars (as viewed from Earth) changes continuously as the Earth moves around its orbit, and will return to its starting point when the Earth has made one revolution in its orbit.
Thus, the Sun traces out a closed path on the celestial sphere once each year. This apparent path of the Sun on the celestial sphere is called the ecliptic. Because the rotation axis of the Earth is tilted by 23.5 degrees with respect to the plane of its orbital motion (which is also called the ecliptic), the path of the Sun on the celestial sphere is a circle tilted by 23.5 degrees with respect to the celestial equator (see diagram at right).

To Socrates, Reston Virginia: The "33rd" Person
Sir:
Resolution has been attained in all centers of
identification. In summary
1. The software company is currently mulling taking
major investments, giving me higher blood pressure
than I would have liked. The words "million" and
"dollar" have caused me to blank out.. I've taken
an ad hoc vacation and will be back at work
within a few days. (In the interim I'm finishing
up another brief for state, and will have a proposal
for urban planning in Afghanistan in by next Friday.
Though contextualized by that craft, it is essentially
a pretext for finishing b-channel talks with Omer the Great,
who was RIGHT on certain fundamental issues. We wish to
exploit that to the advantage of peace in the region ;-)
2. Professor Akiwowo, though a good man, represents those
forever put away from the presence of the Prince Oranmiyan,
who seems to have a library related to Nigerian Military
Information and Science. The designation, it seems, still
holds.
3. Sir Shehu has demonstrated enough credit worthiness for
us to suggest that the relationship between our two countries
is in fact not "unfriendly." But I hope the man realizes just
how close Nigeria is to losing its only true light. I have
urged him in the strongest possible terms to wield that rod
of discipline without prejudice to the individual. In this way,
and I will bear the burden of sorrow with the families involved,
the concept of a "human life" will be translated finally to these
people from Southern Nigeria who so easily destroy it in its incipient
form--a race of child killers.

Off The Record: Oranmiyan

I hear your response. I am, on matters of religion,
a philosopher and student of the ways of Jesus Christ.
The truth is that I am religious about my peace of
mind, and if religion is truly informed by choice,
then I am a man of pure and total islam, completely
divorced from the laws and ways of the Holy Prophet
Mohamed. But since I have a perfect understanding
of the historical and moral (eternal) context of
the Christian way, I am considered Christian. What
actions I do take are premised upon the apriority of
morality and its implications.
By the way I have met your friend, one Professor
Akiwowo of Ile Ife. He was a good man.
On the issue of Southern Nigerian sovereignty, no one
I report to any longer doubts that I have the IQ of
an Egyptian Pharaoh and thus must be a Nigerian Pharaoh.
The issues have become much more traditional, at least
relative to the world of a pharaoh. The question remains
of whether I was able, during my era, to meaningfully
organize the intelligence of the Nigerians and help
transform the Nigerian, and Negro, into a productive,
capable person. To this end, my priority has been to
address fundamental deficits in the African story, which
has led to me using most of my resources, bequeathed to
me upon discovery of my prowess wrt KMT, to cultivate
leadership. In fifteen years the darkness would have
enveloped all of Nigeria if care is not taken. And this
darkness is not caused by lack of electrical power, but
instead by the unenlightened spirit which has, quite recently,
claimed to represent you, Araba. Enlightenment is a concept
not alien to the Yoruba and I'm surprised that you have not
displayed righteous anger against those of your people who
have so disgraced the testimony of your character and the name
of your fathers by foolishly obeying the will of evil spirits
and the negative output of our history. For example, the
notion of sacrifice is NOT to give one command over the spirit
of life, but to sensitize one to value. The Jewish Torah
is the authority on ebo, as you call it, and until you can
disprove to one such as myself that the sacrifice of a chicken
falls under Levitican law, then I shall not be disposed to
take seriously the Yoruba man who will sacrifice a chicken
and not know that YHWH then requires him to write, in witness,
with the blood of the chicken and its feathers as a pen,
the story because of which the chicken was to be killed. This
is called "orin" and there is "oko orin" and "obo orin", that
you call "okurin" and "obinrin". They are the male and female
spirit, implying that "orin" is a semantic form related to
"spirit." There is much more to discuss, but it would be wise
for your advisors to be able to identify exactly how your current
appreciation of the notion of sacrifice is not complete without
a knowledge of the logical foundation of the Law of Moses.
