Surely you will not dispute-

1. If an artistic rendition by, say, Van Gogh--a portrait
of Jesus--was put in place of the Revelation of the Christ,
no matter how detailed it was it could not reveal the content
of Jesus' spirit in the way that "I, Jesus..." does. The
Revelation of the Christ is thus the most precise portrait
of Jesus that exists. It tells us EVERYTHING about Jesus so
long as it is placed in the context of the whole Bible. The
Old Testament can be drawn from to paint a picture of Jesus'
thinking, psychology, childhood and focus. The New Testament
introduces Jesus in synoptic form, then gives us a scholarly
treatment through the eyes of a Jewish Pharisee converted
by epiphany to the way of the Christ, and then after a few
teachings from others the mind of the Christ is revealed.
Apostle Gail is right: What a mind. This is why he is called
the Lord Jesus.

2. Since Jesus' foundation, like Josephus', was of the Hebrew way,
the Torah and the books of the prophets and chronicles of the kings
of Israel and Judah, in the Bible, are all part of a thread woven
to describe, outside of his own completion through signification,
the historical Christ. In fact Josephus' work is a clear example of
HOW Jesus is stored in spirit form through the inspired word of God. Josephus
is something of a monster when it comes to his Jewish history and the slight
variations in his accounts relative to the Bible give an added sense of
authenticity to his scholarship. Alas, it is all vanity, for all he gave us
was a snapshot in time of his people and his then glorious self. Jesus,
on the other hand, who judging by the marvel of the Revelation, could have
narrated his own history as with Josephus, chose to teach his principles and way
and that lives on today as religion, influencing men's spirits, while Josephus
lies dead in the ivory towers of an ancient world.
In essence, the entire Bible is ABOUT Jesus, who is then contextually
revealed in its final book. As a literary portrait of a human spirit,
it is by far the most exceptional work I've ever read, seeing as it is
important to have read the whole bible before engaging in this sort of
discussion. One can understand why it is holy.
Earlier portions, in a linear sense, give
information about the mind of Jesus and aspects of his life relevant
to the person he became, the resurrected Christ, when the revelation
was narrated and taught to John through the signification of an Angel.

3. The historical Jesus was a man. And all judgments "as to" his divinity
are only valid if they do due diligence in coreferencing, in its entirety,
the precise intelligence of Jesus in organizing the works of the Hebrew
prophets. The testimony of Jesus, Elder, is the spirit of prophesy. Read
Ezekiel 1-11 in one day if you want to be acquainted with the wit of this spirit.

Basically, we unite in being uncomfortable with spiritism and the inappropriate
behavior of those who, if they knew the truth, would venerate the Christ but
worship only God. But there is still a bridge to build concerning why
it is not part of your tradition, as Jehovah's Witnesses, to account precisely
for the marvel of the historical Christ who lives, in the sort of precision
no other ascended master is known to, through the entire Christian Bible. Christendom, as you call it, celebrates this man. And to the extent that he
controls the behavior of billions today, even as we speak, then he must be
contended with in spirit...sir.. and in truth.

The Jesus Code

Elder Edwards:

The Murder of Roger Akroyd is written by Agatha
Christie, one of our treasures from the guild.
In "Murder" Dr. Sheppard is the alleged victim
of a crime and, as destiny would have it, Hercule
Poirot the famed interlocutor happens to be
vacationing with his trusty sidekick in those
parts. Of course murder is involved and it
becomes grave, as, we believe, the risk to
Dr. Sheppard. On the last page, in the tradition
of whodunnits, the detective Poirot is verbally
unraveling the plot when he turns and says ominously:
"Dr. Sheppard...!" It turns out that the criminal
was the thought-to-be-at-risk Dr. Sheppard,
and to boot a well respected member of high society.
He had engineered a crime and Poirot figured it out
on the last page: a revelation of sorts. This book,
the Murder of Roger Akroyd is recommended in the guild
for teens to develop focus and build creativity. The
story is written or arranged in a particular "style."
So it is, Father Edwards, with the New Testament of
the Christian Bible--whichever version or translation
one chooses, however many times the tetragrammaton
is found in it. Consider:

After establishing a basis in Hebrew philosophy and
Law, after immersing us in concepts of foundational
moments, choices, cause and effect--the old testament--
we are introduced in the first four books of the new
testament to a fella what named Jesus. Him, this
fella, why he was a regular old god. He did miracles
and healed the sick and flew and so on and so forth.
There are many consonances in the four stories of
this fellow and many areas that require some creativity
in order to bridge the gaps, for this inspired version
of the life of this Jesus to be compelling and precise.
We may consider this era of the bible the Synoptic Era.
What does that mean? For one thing, there was pressure
to know what was going on in Jesus' life so a synopsis
formed that would not have been enriched enough to capture
the mystery of what Jesus himself taught and went through.
Imagine one without a college degree in Legal Studies attempting
to critically analyze the judicial sparring at the High Court
of Justice over the years 1970-1973. However enriching, enlightening
or monumental the actual moments of debate, the uneducated
could only hope a synoptic view relative to an eventual outcome.
This is the gospel truth.

But comes a savior in the acts of an apostle named Paul. He is
a Jewish lawyer, ostensibly then well read in the Hebrew Scriptures,
who now believes that Jesus is Messiah, the promised anointed
one of the Israelites. Paul focuses us on what is important about
this Jesus whom we have been synoptically introduced to. He focuses
us on love, works, faith and prayer. He focuses us on death, resurrection
and sacrifice. And then, after a few scholarly touch ups by such
like Peter and John, we are given a complete portrait of the Christ
Jesus.

"I, Jesus, have sent mine angel...

I, Jesus, Elder Edwards. I, Jesus....

To the extent that the words of the Master are as well evocative,
how can we NOT also know what Jesus LOOKS like? It might be that
our blindness is a function of our lack of... truth? My argument
can neither be discounted nor refuted, as God lives through his Word,
Jesus lives through the word he signified by his Angel. Situate
yourself, Elder, at that Jesus FIRST... who took the books of
Isaiah, Daniel, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Amos, Micah, Hosea, Obadiah,
Nahum, Zephania, etc... and wove each prophesy in a continuum
that was logically sanctioned by the laws of Moses in order
to respond prophetically to the elders of Israel concerning
the true will of the living God who in days yore spoke, elder
Edwards, to our Fathers. Just understanding the book of Leviticus
alone requires a superlative will that is rare in our times. But
then understanding all the prophesies and the entire Hebrew law and
then having the inspiration to understand and teach it all using
allegory, poetry and then prophesy to a willing disciple demonstrates
exactly who the historical Jesus was, when he was born, at what hour,
minute and second he rose every day of his life, the meaning of every
thought.. we have a complete PICTURE of the Christ Jesus in the Bible,
placed in complete moral context. We need not dwell too much on
the synoptic view of Christ's life since God is a God of the living
and not the dead. We should devour, with great marvel, the actual
signification given, elder Edwards, by "I, Jesus..."
I, Jesus... Elder Edwards... I, Jesus....

To give you a sense, Elder, of what "I Jesus" amounts to that
we are able to measure. He must have understood to be trivial:

1. The concept behind the links in
Mark 1-Genesis 1
Matthew 1-Genesis 5

2. The Law of Moses as documented in Leviticus

3. The History and Chronicles of the Kings of Israel

4. The scholarship on the psalms of King David

5. The legacy of Melchizedek, King of Salem (Salam is where
the word Shalom comes, according to the bible). Heb 7:2

6. The celestial prophesy of Ezekiel. Have you tried
reading and understanding this one? Wow!

7. The mathematically provable prophesy of Daniel.

8. The allegorical prophesy of Isaiah.

9. The works of ALL the prophets and their interpretation...

etc...


Then we can speak of Michael, whom Jesus taught and wrote in signification about....

The Source of State Power

In America, the use of power is legitimized
by any and all virtues associated with "God"
and so we say that, in America, all power
is derived from God. Legitimacy is the fulcrum
upon which American power is balanced. This
legitimacy is granted upon association with the
higher and nobler ideals of a shared commonality.
How it translated into the bombing of Tripoli,
as with so many things, one cannot exactly say.
But one can say this: That for us, in America, God
is real and God rules.

Sure:

I am from Nigeria and know NOTHING about the West
and its ways. Hence no assumptions hold that bind
our view. Fiat Lux, the blinding light of logic,
then, before the witness of all just and candid
men, shall be our judge. The Dalai Lama presides.

1. When approached by a European concerning one "King
of all the Kings" a Christ, I was skeptical. "He
would have to be superior to the King of all the Kings
in MY land" I told the European and his army. The European
asked who that was, and I said to him "you're speaking
to him. I'm the King of the Kings of Africa. The fellow
with the tent, that's just my corporate secretary."

2. Upon hearing the story, told in synoptic form, I deduced
with all the wise men of the earth, that this Jesus the Christ
might never have existed. But the riddle compounded when
an inspired verse warned that any spirit that denied that Christ
came in the flesh was not of God. So I decided to give it my
full attention. Upon reading the works of Paul it became clear
that there was a metaphorical gradient relative to the issues
of life and death. As children we often wonder where the dead
go. Well Paul begins to contextualize things for us, harking,
my wise men point out, to the Hebrew sages of yore. A very wise
dude, this Paul. We study more and discover that he is in fact
a Jewish Philosopher won over by this Christ whom we deduce might
not exist, but whom the admonition warns of denying in the flesh.

3. Then I came upon the Revelation of the Christ. By this time
I had read the Hebrew Scriptures diligently and had become
a student of its prophesies, as well as an interpreter of the
Law of Moses as handed down to the sons of Aaron. I realized
what power of mind it took to contemplate the deeper nuances
of Hebrew Philosophy and so was pleasantly riddled with pleasure
to discover that the Revelation of the Christ was narrated and taught
by one who was a Master of the Hebrew Scriptures and its prophesies.
Knowing what it took, what a feat of mind, to do what I had done--read
Isaiah, Daniel, Jeremiah*, Ezekiel, Micah, Joel, Habbakuk, etc--I
realized that this Christ would have had to be a total Master of the
Hebrew way. Alas when I approached Minister Faramade, perhaps not
intently knowledgeable of the extent to which the Book of the Revelation
is a thesis on the Jewish Prophetic sojourn, he excused himself by
downplaying the physical Christ who, like me, knew the Hebrew Prophesies
and THEN ordered them in an allegorical prophesy which in fact came to pass...
always pointing to the spirit form of Christ who did NOT teach and narrate
the book of the Revelation to John. So we ask Minister Faramade, have you
read the whole bible sir? Have you read all the books of the prophets?
Have you read the works of Paul? Have you read the Revelation? Then how
can you not say that the only precise image of Jesus is his own Revelation??
For, if a man exists as his words, through his words, as God exists as his
word through his word, then there is no clearer example of the light of Jesus
than that which he himself signified through his angel. The book of the Revelation was narrated and taught to John in the style of the ancient sages who
themselves hardly wrote anything down. It is a sin according to the Christian Theology to deny that Jesus came in the flesh, and downplaying the marvel of the talent it took to write the Revelation is the primary way through which Christ continues to be crucified till this day. That another many might not say to himself, this king is better than me... Christ lives through the Revelation of the Christ
and does so for as long as light is relevant to darkness... evidently.
...a tragedy can still be averted.... oh earth...

On the Agenda for Minister Faramade

1. His listening skills leave MUCH to be desired,
and even his subsequent input does not repair
his behavior upon interruption. As Bob Marley
says, he's running and he's running and he's
running away. Perhaps he's done something wrong?

[19] Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

2. Any spirit that denies that Christ came in the flesh
is not of God, and that "any spirit" can exist in time.
So when Minister Faramade runs from the context defined
by 607BC - 1914AD, in diminishing the reflection of the
physical christ, seeing, he says, as Christ is the firstborn
of all creation, he confuses himself only. For, given the precision
of the Hebrew Prophesies, it is important that Christ came in the
flesh 2000 years ago. We have insight into what they believed
during the time of Christ, the conversation about "the LORD said
to my Lord," and it should fortify our belief in the physical
man himself. It seems that not perhaps being anointed or having
the talent of the saints, Minister Faramade concludes that talent is
not critical in this discourse--when in fact we are ONLY talking about
the talent of the physical man who, through an angel, narrated the
Hebrew Prophesies in perfect order to his disciple John, in the process
putting together civilization's most precious memoir of our time
as a high society of beings.

3. The New Testament is written in three periods: The synoptic, the apostolic
and the Resurrection. Clearly, it did not take one day or one week or even
one month for Jesus, through his angel, to narrate the priceless work through
and angel to John. So we HAVE to assume that this narration took place
after the supposed events of the crucifixion, for there is no evidence or
allusion to this BEFORE. The catholics say, and I tend to agree, that the
book of the Revelation was sourced from the Resurrected Christ, giving us
perfect vision of what Jesus means when he says in Matthew 22 that the Resurrected
are as unto the angels in heaven.

4. Your ways are not my ways. In your ... organization you have the anointed or
the talented or the saints. In my organization we have the same thing, but
minister Faramade who believes he is fallen insists on continuing to use phrases
like "we the fallen, me and you," or "people like me and you who are not
anointed." Sadly, apostle Gail, for this reason alone is Minister Faramade not
welcome. For in my religion I'm one of the anointed, and this is evident
relatively to those watching the conversation: for Minister Faramade has given
a very bad account of himself and thus the Jehovah's Witness organization.
Unwilling to hear the truth if it is in fact the truth, how could this be so
of international bible students. Whenever I wish to bring up a point of serious
logic or its inconsistency to Minister Faramade, he begins to interrupt and quote
spurious "inspired" verses until it is time to abscond. Then he comes back
with those whose presence he believes is coercive enough.. to convince me to
consider baptism? A man who has demonstrated that he has not the aptitude in my
organization to appreciate the ritual of baptism, goes from house to house
exporting the concept? Why, I seriously wondered if like Paul did with two
blasphemers, you have delivered Minister Faramade up to me for judgment.

5. Minister Faramade is evidently unclear on what the Christ DID in ordering
the prophesies in the book of the Revelation. Despite a myriad of cross
references in his bible, it is evident that he has not himself read the whole book.
He does not seem to realize, immediately--and then later sometimes admits--that
Christ is DEFINED by his mastery of the Hebrew prophesies and that the entire book
of revelation is only, and only proof of this. The synoptic gospels paint a
picture of an argument had between Christ and his elders, as we have one now
between the Prince of Zaria and the Elders of the Jehovah's Witnesses. The
Revelation PROVES that Christ was the Master he was said to be in the gospels.
It also demonstrates a conquest over death, since there is no evidence that
DURING Jesus' three year ministry he took time to narrate the prophesies to John.
If you read the book of Revelation, one is astounded at its precision and one
is quite clear that it could not have been written DURING the three year ministry
of Christ. And so, it is evidence of the Resurrected Christ.

6. These trivial matters need to be addressed before we go into more serious
discussions about what who evangelizes the Christ ought to have logically
have available as a talking point at their finger tips. I would not suggest
anyone going out to preach the gospel who is not clear on the basic tenets
of Christian Logic. You shall know the truth, elders, and it will set you free.

The Balance

I have studied now for eleven years with various
organizations and people. My last study was with
the Jehovah's Witnesses. Though they came remarkably
close to the quality of the discourse we've been having
at the DoD they fall short in many glaring respects and
so continue to lack credibility in charging that (when
I wield my office) I am the evil one.

1. Christianity is about the mystery of death. Death and sin
entered the world through Adam and are removed through Jesus.
The process is called "the way" and it is symbolized by baptism,
which is an allegory for death and tears, and is followed by
making the right choices with a commitment to being present
when it is time to make choices.

2. On the issue of resurrection, Jesus is unequivocal. In Matthew
22 Jesus informs the Sadducees that the resurrected are as unto the
angels of God in Heaven.

3. The resurrected Christ, then, is demonstrated.. given what we have
just said... here...

30] For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
and
1] The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Christianity is ABOUT conquering death and hell, which
unify, in thought, with the old Hebrew laws of natural
consequence. There is a way to live on after physical
death, Jesus tells us, and then shows us how.
In so doing the diligent student is restored to a state
of balance, or Eden, after which his community is as
impacted. This is the essence of Christianity, not a dream
of a future world to come... which we can hope for. But there
is also hope in the present, for there are those of us able
to perform the wonders required of a species with a divine
connection. But truth, gentlemen, and lady witness, is the only
way to freedom. From death as well.

[2] God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
[3] Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

It is evident to me, gentlemen, that the Christian Death is
quite different from the non-Christian version. In it,
Christian Death, one is freed from sin sourced in Adam but
put away by a choice of baptism. Once baptized into the Death
of the Christ, one is delivered, through grace, from the "body
of this death" and made a new creation given everlasting life
by following the way of the tree of life. It is a restoration
to Eden of the individual, his family, his community, then nation.

This, Dear Elder, is trivial... why ought I continue to listen to your...
babbling? I'm a busy government official who, also, is inconvenienced by
...in your parlance... "the power of the wicked one..."

To the General Assembly: Africa

To the extent that power is a matter of self interest,
then the Africans united today hereby resolve that location in space
and time is explained by the choices made by relevant constituencies.
I don't discount the need for aid to disabled Africa, but shall
the charade continue endlessly? African leadership must be pressured
to accept traditional norms in good governance... or face everlasting
status as the world's underclass. There is none here who will
disagree, at least, that this last option--of a permanent underclass--
is the most likely to occur beyond our desolate words of warmth and
brotherhood. Good evening.

"Your Majesty you would not have a British Colony fail would you?" Black Eagle

was, or more to the point, what his image was--that silhouette and trench coat--was

The Revelation of the Christ

Prince Oranmiyan, the Suleiman Abu Zaria, Speaks:

Granting all the evidence before me, Jesus Christ
was a Hebrew Sage, in the mold of the Greek Poet-Prophets,

He is not known to have written any thing, for so sacred

The Elder

I have decided on, instead of the general
"to the elders" missives, picking a specific
elder from amongst you who will best demonstrate
my truth. My ex wife, Curry Lakong, sends her
greetings. Your lack of clarity is leaving her
slowly and one day she, like me, will have total
clarity. It is my wish for you as well, Father Edwards.

Elder Edwards:

1. There is nothing confusing about Christianity.
Jesus was unequivocal about the form of the human
in the ressurrection. Says he, we are as unto the
angels in heaven.

2. Death, in the bible, is clearly a metaphorical gradient
perhaps, in some instances, stopping short of physical death.
For Jesus to conquer death, his claiim to fame, his story had
to survive. That we are discussing it now demonstrates that
Jesus, IS alive now. Here's what OBVIOUSLY happened.

Jesus died the death of the cross many times being
harangued publicly by the religious authorities of his
time, similar I suppose to what it would be like if,
for my insight you persecuted me today. Persecution only
is taken for so long. Like me with the Nigerians, in spirit one day Jesus
died to the Jews. The rest of the story is told through
the eyes of the spirit. What is death? the Bible asks.
The issue of why it was written, then, in a way which
might be misconstrued to make foolish believers out of
men has to do with the intelligence of satan. The Bible
protects our most profound piece of literature in civilization.
In it, the Revelation of the Christ, an ancient Jewish poet
ORDERS every prophesy in the Hebrew Scriptures or Hadith
in a prophetic Apocalyptical Sojourn that no poet in classical Greek
civilization nor mystical Persia dare compare with. I challenge
you. I consider myself the world's preeminent scholar of the poetry
stylings of Isaiah, Daniel and the Majestic Ezekiel, but the book of
the Revelation is the work of a god! If you try to compare Homer
with the author of the Revelation you are dazzled by the precision
of this... beast, a time and times and half a time included.
Off the record my study demonstrates, twice, that this book was written
in about 1200BC or thereabouts, by the students of a Pharaoh Akhenaton
who attained resolution shortly thereafter. In my culture he is the Christ.
In any case, whoever wrote the Revelation, he represents our most
sacred art as a civilization and for this he is worshiped today.
Certainly he says not to worship him, but to "Worship God." But he
also says that the truth shall set us free. If we are not free today
Elder Williams it is because you have refused to accept the truth.
Jesus was a poet.

The Movie: Once more to the elders

Young Billy Brown returns Upstate NY after a ten
year stint in Atlanta, Ga, where he has just interned
at the famed NSA doing operational analytics for
the psychological operations group. He gets in
with a band of Jehovah's witnesses under investigation
by the FBI for running a scam out of Buffalo. The
Witnesses are famed for mind-control and coercion and
support the lavish lifestyle of their elders and overseers
through a regime of discipline that the FBI finds...
intriguing. This movie is set in the fifties. The
main characters:

Billy Brown, all american lad
Tommy Two Step, a Jehovah's Witness "toughie" from Chicago
Sister Faramade, a witness "angel" whose sword revolveth "every which way"
in order to protect the way of the tree of life, she says, but
more, the FBI believes, to protect the schemes out of the Kingdom Hall.
Overseer Kimmet, a sinister, cloaked individual who appears and reappears
as "Yahweh wills." Said to run the underground intelligence unit
of the National Witness Circuit Operations

Trade Imbalances

Mr. Obama's legacy very much hinges upon his
ability to open up Chinese and Japanese markets
in fair and equitable trade. The background work
done by GB41 and the eventual leg work done by Clinton
and Bush has, in principle, set the groundwork for free
and fair trade. It is now time for the rest of the world,
led by China, to open up THEIR markets and allow American
goods--known to be the best quality in the world--in. If
Mr. Obama fails in this task then we would have been proven

the rich, ignore the pain of the poor, they have built
themselves into a formidable battalion and are now
directing my liberation from the clutches of your corrupt
system. They are aided by legitimate states with stated

with the basics of living: Water, light and sanitation.

Status Update

Since the detention of here unnamed bank executive
in Nigeria, pressure has been put upon this author
to... "be with" the family of those who are said to
have committed wrongdoings. And yet, if you read this
blog regularly, you might wonder if these wrongdoings
were not, in fact, pointed out by this author! It is
the paradox of corruption where even the innocent can
be tainted by blood.

But I reject any association with these people whom
I contend are the reason Nigeria is a polluted sewer.
To the death. I had earlier informed His Excellency
that it would be wiser were they to be kept from me,
but apparently his power no reach. So, now, the distance
between me and Nigeria is as the distance between the sun
and Pluto. And it gets worse, unless H.E. intervenes.
For I have NO PROBLEM whatsoever, condemning Nigeria
in spirit to Hell. Which is to say, though I have left
Nigeria as a sovereign, if these people continue to attempt
to coerce me to corruption and His Excellency's name continues
to be besmirched--as is the implication--then I will assume
His Excellency is as well corrupt. I am, thus, asking Oga
to act now, or lose this forever. What you have lost as a nation
is already quite telling of why Nigeria is where it is today.
But if you cannot keep a clean man from the tentacles of corruption,
then it must be that ALL Nigerians are corrupt. A curse, then,
upon the tribes of that nation... for they are like sodom and gomorrah
in the days of Lot.

As for the Ekeh family, it's official. There will now be no
reconciliation between myself and them. I consider them to be
proxies of a corrupt elite who refuse to do the works of a God
they so openly call--as though because people can see them pretending
to worship it will get them into the heavenly kingdom. Alas, I am
a guardian of the pen, and despite threats to my body, I wield this
pen with authority. No ... pretender... no anti-christ shall go
unnoticed in this story. So that when people ask why the distance
is so far between me and this corrupt family, I can tell the story

C-Murder: A Miscarriage of justice?

Not to the family of the young fan slain. But
what if C-Murder was "programmed" by renegade
agents of Nigerian Intelligence to act out
in such a way? It is a tragedy however you
look at it, oh so reminiscent of the play by
the author, Rollo Tomono, and his "The Revenge of
a Rainbow" shown at the Fox theater in 2002.

The play is set in sunny Georgia where Gautama Purnell
arrives in 1998, seeking to leave behind the sleepy
enclave of Jefferson-Best, a somnolent township in
Upstate Minessotta, where he has just been acquitted
of statutory rape. Though innocent, the scars of
the trial have led him to leave behind certain enterprise
(his father in J-Best owns a shoe store) for the uncertain
future in Roswell Georgia. There he finds himself befriended
by a certain shady character, Oman Justin who feeds him
salacious details about the lives of the stars. "She sucked
my dick" Oman dismisses a certain pop star who has just racked
up multiplatinum sales. The audience roars in delight.

Soon, despite the inability to trust in Oman, Gautama finds
himself as Musical Director of Club Medina, a chic upscale
surround on Orangetree Circle, known worldwide as a tourist
haven. There he is asked to witness on behalf of a distant
cousin of his, Kara Purnell, who asks him what life has to offer
if he takes the advice of the Secret Service and cleans up his
act. "Clean up your act first" he tells Kara who does so. Kara
goes on to b-school and comes out squeaky clean, only to be
arrested by the Secret Service for crimes he committed before
he took their advice. A tragic play indeed. It turns out
that these crimes he committed were committed because the Secret
Service failed to see the metaphors that led him to a life of crime
in those days and so Gautama, by now a musical superstar, is
forced to confront his past in his cousin Kara Purnell, who "had
nothing to do but sell weed in Kadesh" in those days. The play
builds up to a stinging indictment of the US Secret Service and
the National Security Agency, "unable to protect their own children"
for failing to deal with the extant metaphors "as though" Purnell
says finally, "they are occupied by a foreign power."
As though occupied by a foreign power. The play does offer
some sunshine at the end when the National Security Agency
determines that it has made "some errors" in classifying Purnell
with the AOT-1 "lethal weapon" security status. But even
to us in the real world, it didn't go far enough.
