I've finished the design. In all honesty, I am not
sure that it is effectively used in Nigeria due
to a lack of manufacturing base. The analysis might
be futile. Nonetheless, it is finished in design
form. At my earlier convenience I'll begin
to put it to asp.net and we'll see, within a year or
so, the power of an econometric "coupling" model
with adjectival definition: i.e. YOU decide the
thresholds for "rich consumer" etc and then
what the government is REQUIRED to do to facilitate
expedient coupling will be apparent. A donation
