Conflation and the Bush Doctrine

Viewing a picture of the sedentary KSM, it did look
rather odd that he'd been dunked in a bucket of water
in order to yield valuable information. There is
little doubt that the credibility of the CIA was
shaken by the inability to find, or even define, Weapons
of Mass Destruction in Iraq. But to what extent? The
popular conflation suggested that because we did not
find weapons of mass destruction it was proof that there
was not an imminent threat to American Security. In fact,
the reality was such that because we did not find the
weapons of mass destruction we said were evidence of
an imminent threat, it was incumbent upon the Bush
administration to provide OTHER evidence of a an imminent
threat by Saddam. LP.FL.RC.
The question, then, is why the subject under deixis has Level
100 Security Clearance and if it in any way lends credence
to the threat level then... and into the future. Think
wisely.... gentlemen.... and let history tell her truth...
