1. Wartime Powers Act
After reading a book, in the shadow of five US Presidents, by the current Secretary of Defense, many of us in the class felt that it would, indeed, be intriguing if it were the case that the ENTIRE US Government was destroyed and
the only ones left were five ex presidents. Who would represent, in that awada,
the reflexive WILL of the American People. Probably the last one. Right?
I wrote, around this time, a book "Jesus Wuz a Bro" in which a plot to change
things was hatched aboard a hijacked plane--hijacked by four men with slingshot
catapults--Flight 109. The hijacking failed but it was food for thought, at the academy at the time. And I was greatly celebrated for the book.
At the millenium Ressam and Houmani, representing--as we see today--an apparatus larger than just two men: a fatal metaphor in fact, attacked.

"You know I do not know you" Commander Razkha, head of US Intelligence, said as they tried to connect the bridge with Sheikh Abdel Rahman in prison. If they could destroy the space needle, the wisdom went, then they could decrypt the Washington Monument and destroy it and what it stands for. But Massa and his slave, Houman, were got.

Shortly thereafter, and at the time against my immediate will, I was taken to a facility twenty minutes from the center of Cosmpolitan DC and a shadow government was formed, in the eventuality that a further attempt such as Ressam and Houmani's succeeded. It did on September 11, 2001, and in fact every member of the US Government could have been taken out by the first wave and in the second wave would have come panic and total destabilization.

About 9-11, it was, we conjecture, a "gift" to the Taliban by friends of Bin Laden in a rogue nation's intelligence agency, since the Taliban were CERTAIN to fall on that day a la Mahmood. Instead, the Northern Alliance did a show of force but could not capture Kabul because their commander was assasinated on 9-10. Instead, who DID know about the push to Kabul helped engineer 9-11 and roped in the Taliban. The Taliban DID NOT attack us on 9-11, so it is dishonest to keep saying "the people who attacked us on 9-11 are still at large" when we have them at Camp X Ray.

But the Taliban housed Bin Laden, the symbol of resistance, and in Islam they fought the intruders who subsequenty attacked, having been attacked, and were routed from Kabul. Things were done and Karzai now rules a small swath of the Afghan history. But we had to find the SOURCE of 9-11. It HAD to be someone in the shadows. Soon we got Khalid Sheikh Mohamed after intense negotiations by General "noby" Musharraf who insists that we thank him. We do. We do so with much gratitude, for Khalid Sheikh Mohamed represents the highest tier of al kaeda and "for all intents and purposes" represents the pain of those who attacked us. But why not bring him to trial? Because he is still just a metaphor and we need to find the ROOT. But a military tribunal would be appropriate for as long as we can stall. It is NOT a law enforcement issue and so I welcome a CIA internal investigation, especially into claims that field hands and aides of the CIA are being mentally tortured to the point of breaking and suicide by voices electronic that in spirit represent Nigeria, Syria, subservient Lebanon "and the interests of the fundamental islamic world." For them women have no place in reality. It is whom Obama defends. I wonder what Michelle thinks of that... to the extent that our first lady is not some stepford doll wot got no brains.

I think on the score of mental torture you will reap a goldmine. Then you can go ahead and investigate "war crimes"

2. Should congress have been notified about the shadow government? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Not who couldn't and still can't connect the dots that would lead to my death! shit... But should any be curious, I am a Constitutional Scholar and have the
aptitude of a Juris Doctor. I am said to be one of the finest in the legal domain in the US today. And I take duty and honor seriously. More seriously, I fear, than you in the august body, and certainly more seriously, honor wise, than mr. Obama. For him the greater good is not related to how the greater good is achieved.

3. Iraq
The buck can stop here if you want. There is a reason I'm asked to be this publicly secret. On Iraq, Saddam tells the FBI that if he had WMD he WOULD have used them against the USA. So, the NSA was correct in adjunct file ECHELON II which posited that IF Saddam had WMD, then the threat was imminent. So, there COULD, at the time of E-II, have been an imminent threat. It is a question of if he DID have WMD. In the continuum then, we HAD to believe he did have WMD. Saddam then alludes to Ancient Babylon and Colin Powell, mockingly I interpete suggesting that he should have allowed the UN to witness the destruction of his stockpile. I don't buy it. But even if we did, and he did destroy his stockpile, he goes on to say that he, HOWEVER, and out of fear of Iran, PRETENDED (seemed veritably) TO have WMD. And so our fault was in believing his pretense. But would you say we should not believe the pretense of a man like Saddam as we don't believe the pretense of Kim Jung Il? Oh no, belligerent pretense + deciphered intent = imminent threat. Any more questions on that?

4. What are WMD?
Can even 1 Senator answer this? This because Colin Powell conflated, at the UN, WMD with "biological weapons and chemical" As proof, there is news if you do a search that in the last two years there have been found WMD in Washington DC. If this is true, how could they not be found in Iraq? Just what is a WMD? Later on a felon charged the capitol with a sword. He would have tried to figure out if a sword, too, could be a WMD. Basically a WMD is a class of ordinance which, when I studied it, I couldn't believe Iraq didn't have. Not necessarilly chemical or biological weapons, but weapons capable of mass destruction, meaning explosive destructive capacity of a certain pressure grade. The US and Britain put the screws down on the sovereign Iraq but it is impossible from keeping a nation from developing mass pressure ordinance. And yet, most countries today don't have 'em. But with the amazing levels of corruption in the "Oil for Food" Program it was evidence, to me at least, that Iraq was porous. You all should AS WELL investigate oil for food and its implications, criminal and other.

5. The Dick Cheney Assassination Ring
When Udai and Qusay where captured, Qusay was dead from the fight, Uday was still alive. Maybe it is true that Dick Cheney ordered Udai shot while he was still alive. That's an assassination. It's the only thing I can think of. Otherwise, w'on kpa mi lerin (wife i) ;-)

6. The Constitution
My aim, in 1999, in preparing a case before the supreme court, as an intelligent aide to the Presidency, was to argue that my life was FORMED in the womb and so I needed the protections of the United States while in the womb of America before I was born--or C Sectioned--in Zaria Nigeria. People ask why I am so "American" today and it is because I have American Blood in me. But I am also a scholar of the constitution and an avid fan of the Founding Fathers and have other cases pending. Maybe I should become solicitor general... and pray that our aunty, assassinated that day (Olson), continues to rest in peace.

7. Bipartisanship
Lawmakers, in camera or not, are not and should not be celebrities. Political Action Committees are justified but lobbying is corruption and as practiced dilutes the representation of the American people. Representation is a function of the constituency gradient. Something you ought to study, lest you continue, in your futile hubris, to place your careers before your duty. You are bound by honor to represent america and not react foolishly to every new political matter.

8. AG Holder
Clearly, today's announcement is politically inspired. I dont' know a country that can survive as long as yours has with children at the helm!

9. Waterboarding
Constable Jerry Sampson, Precinct 12, has been waterboarded and says he could survive it for as long as his red blood count did not drop to a certain level. Trained SEALS can survive waterboarding. So too can terrorists. The argument is in likening waterboarding to pepper spray. Causing people to believe they will be unable to breath. To circumvent it, one does not immediately gasp for air when brought out of the water, having held one's lungs for that long. Instead one takes a few breaths, VERY SLOWLY, and by the time one's head is back in the water one has taken enough breaths to be cognizant the next time around. If one doesn't panic this can go on, without increasing heart rate--panic--until the red blood count is fatal. Then, truly, bad things can happen. We waterboarded three people, one of whom was the mastermind of 9-11. Any more questions?

The racist agenda of Obama/Holder has put paid the the notion that EVER will a black nation rise with adults at the helm. And yet, Botswana, our pride and joy, continues to prove us wrong. Viva Botstwana! Viva Botswana! Viva Botstwana!
