it often takes an event such as occurred tonight for people to appreciate how serious this situation concerning me is... that there is evidence to even the most skeptical, now, that something was disrupted today, something intended to demonstrate the obvious, then the links that we have today, the partial and then the full story, are the broader picture in a relevant context.
mr olusanya claimed that i didn't know how to drum. he said it condescendingly, either because i was middle class or because i was not yoruba. well, it was clearly not racism, but the yoruba gods disagreed, as they felt like that evening... it was palm wine, you see... and=, i shit you not, they proved that it was racism...
