Epilogue

I now believe the war on terror unwinnable. I also believe that even if it could
once have been won, wondering what we could have done right on the day we did not
do it right is irrelevant.

My last prediction? Al Kaeda is organizing a force to create an enclave in Iraq
that can be diplomatically linked to Gaza... then ww3 begins in earnest...

That my god daughter, the baddest girl on earth, will probably soon have to
adjust to a new reality--safety in a free world from individual acts of terrorism
inspired by the burgeoning caliphate led by the patient--is ... well tragic...
but this is the way things have gone.. aint'a nay sayer and would love to be
proved wrong on this one..

alas, it seems that some lessons are only learned twice... but then, this sort
of lesson is to be only learned once...
