Zaria Province--Government

The citizens of Zaria Province utilize a form of Elective Monarchy which guarantees
everlasting tension between the concept of individual rights and the concept of
greed. The Zarian is known to explode into fits of glee upon learning of an appointment into the circle of kings from where the natural resources of the people are shared amongst the elite. The elite consists of the Sultan of Sokoto, a so-so academic from Timbuktu, the Obi of Onitsha, an Ancient Israelite banished from Ancient Israel for cannibalism and "other unethical practices," the Obowa of Nobowa Ibni, or the Administrative Counsellor of Nubia, the Alaafin of Oyotunji C.E who is also considered the "Prince of Peace" since his duties include invoking the memory of
Shango as often as necessary to keep such memory alive, the Ooni of Ife, who stands
as evidence of Bantu Civilization (similar in stature to a Pope within a Monarchy),
the Araba of Lagos, a representative of the Negro race at the Congress of Arab
Civilizations in Mecca which Zaria Province is a Party to by the Fair Election Act
of 1999, the Amir-Ankh of Illorin, a Natural Judge according to his brochure, but more prone to obey his bosses the Sultan of Sokoto, the Olubadan of Ara'Iba'Eden, caretaker of the Biblical Garden of Eden in Agodi Sector of the Proviince, the
OrohVwie of Aachbor-Baal-Hanan, another Ancient Israelite, banished by the ill manners of his wife, in this case, to a little resort in the forest (He is the legal guardian of the Biblical Jesus), and the Chief Bureacrat of the Province, elected into office every four years to adjudicate the interests of the elite in this Elective Monarchy. Elective Monarchy has proven itself stable for people with
aspirations the nature of the Zarians and is considered, by Western Governments,
by their participation clearly, a "beacon" of light for all of Azania. Another reason Zaria Province is featured in the Leader's "Great Guiding Lights" inititiative.
