Trillion and World Peace
I've made the decision that if I can live in the not-for-profit world and make a decent living, I might do it in lieu of the millionaire's life. The problem with that is I may not be able to escape the latter, based upon, I can see, the need for my skills in the communities I work in. BUT... here's the first real initiative of a not-for-profit nature. I am working with a lady at the Western NY Peace Center to completely reorganize and model African markets, and I mean markets. Not the abstract, but Dugbe, Sango and Adamasingba etc. The idea is quite a rich one, and it is no fool's dream or pie in the sky. The responsibility, however, of implementing an axiological ontology and defining parameters to bound its economic implications is quite large. I've scoped it out and I find that writing this software will be analogous to going to b-school, to which I was accepted but chose, instead, to take my chances in this economy with a Software Programming Academy which accepted, it would seem, a certain sort of student that could pass those scary brainbench genius tests. I came second overall at the academy, though I should've come first. Either way, I get my MBA by modeling the markets...
