Constitutional Lore
If an individual does not consent to government, that individual may file as a Sovereign. However, this implies a reasonable measure of surveillance as an act of state to continually determine thall all acts, thereafter sovereign, do in no way infringe upon the rights of a consented citizen. There is no tension between sovereignty and government, since sovereignty must imply that government is unable to demonstrate the value of its jurisprudence in light of the Declaration of Independence, seen herewith as the foundation of De Jeurre Law. How dat sound to yew?
